Last week…
I drove my car by myself..after 5 months
It gave me so much joy
Holding the steering wheel, driving alone, listening to music..it was so liberating
Such a tiny thing which I had been doing for 20 odd years and yet I had never paid attention to these simple joys
Today I also took my 1st flight after 5 months
What joy to rise above and yet so grounded.
In the sky, I looked from above into the clouds, into the rainbow in my heart..
